The POVEZ II project follows on from a series of projects that have been implemented in the Czech Republic since 2009 with the aim of supporting the professional development of employees. It is a direct continuation of the “POVEZ” project, through which Koma Industry has already trained its employees in previous years. This form of education has proven itself as a tool for supporting further education and increasing qualifications, thereby strengthening the competitiveness of the workforce on the labor market in the Czech Republic.

POVEZ II, although administratively very demanding with a contribution of 85% for educational activity and 100% for wage costs, is very advantageous for companies and their employees.

The project Support for professional training of employees II deals with the issue of the adaptability of the workforce in companies to the ever-changing situation on the market. In order to increase competitiveness and expand operations, employers must have a qualified workforce. Therefore, the POVEZ II project solves the problem of the mismatch between the skills and qualification prerequisites offered and required, i.e. insufficient flexibility of the workforce.
