KOMA Industry open day

The management of KOMA Industry has decided to organize an Open Day event with the subtitle “Find out what your dad and mom do” for their 137 employees and their family members on 02/09/2021.

Visitors could see the production halls and all other premises of the company and learn, during a guided tour of the owner of the company, various points of interest and information about the production processes. It was possible to look into the machining shop, the welding shop and the newly approved hall for measuring hydraulic equipment.

The entire event took place in a pleasant atmosphere and was accompanied by a rich entertainment program and competitions for children. There was live music performed by the Shajtar group to listen to and dance, and there was no shortage of excellent refreshments.

The management of the company realizes that employees in different positions and in different professions are the essential prerequisite for the success of functioning on the market. This fact is a pillar of the company’s values. We strive for fair and motivating remuneration for quality work, we support education and skills development.

In conclusion, we note that there are usually more demanding and hectic days, with high work commitment, but we realize that we are part of one big team in which everyone is important and everyone deserves thanks for their work, diligence, willingness, patience and loyalty.
