CZThe Těšín harvest festival is a little different
The Těšín Harvest Festival, in a slightly different way, continued the tradition of the upcoming events of the Ecological Farm in Podbeskydí (Těšín Feeder, Stejkobrání, Farm Festivals, etc.)
This year’s event took place on Saturday 16.9. 2023 in Koňákov under the patronage of the Minister of Agriculture Ing. Mark the Excellent. The Koňákov family farm is located in the beautiful surroundings of the Beskydy Mountains at an average altitude of 400 m above sea level, not far from Český Těšín. The entire farm operates in an ecological economy mode. The idea of the farm is to return to nature and to produce high-quality and tasty meat.
The event was carried out in the spirit of “students in action”. The Albrecht High School from Český Těšín was once again involved in the preparations and organization, which teaches the fields of Agriculture (ecology and environment, agribusiness…), Hotel and gastronomy (butcher, baker, cook…), Polygraphy…
